Governance Structure
The Academy for Disciplined Forces is governed by the following laws and policies.
Defines: functions, board, committees, roles of the commandant, director of studies and registrar.
Defines: licence, self-accreditation, auditing and quality processes.
Defines: the regulatory framework for the classification of qualifications and awards which can be provided through formal, non-formal and informal learning, based on the Malta Qualifications Framework level descriptors for certificates, diplomas and degrees.
Set by the Board of the Academy and the Ministry of Home Affairs and National Security.
Defines: academic policy, human resources policy, finance policy, administrative policy.
